The well-known Seyfert (and starburst) galaxy Messier 77 (NGC 1068) in
Cetus, in a three-color reconstruction from BVR CCD images taken with
the 1.1-meter Hall telescope at Lowell Observatory. A nonlinear intensity
mapping shows detail over a wide dynamic range, including the bright starburst
inner disk and star-forming regions in the outer arms.
